Mike was referral from a friend and he was a perfect fit for our situation. He helped us navigate some difficulties we had due to our naivete of the process. He always answered our questions promptly whether they were by email, phone, or text. When he said he would do something and get back to us, it always happened. He never left us rudderless wondering about the stuff that confused us. Since we had already moved out of the area he physically showed up at our house to check on it several times due to some very severe weather, so that we didn't have to make a multiple hour drive just to pop in and look.
